WHO ARE WE?

We are a not-for-profit, non-governmental/political, core personal/sustainable development and advocacy organization. We are deeply moved by the rate of increase in childhood traumas, with so many young girls and women at risk being exposed to a wide range of psychological, sociological, health, educational, mental, physical, and emotional crises at a very early age in life which gave rise to a set of endangering mindsets/ideologies over time.

THE MINDSET REFORMS AND EMPOWERMENT INITIATIVE will become one of the top-tier International organizations whose primary mandate is to remain committed to transforming the lives of so many girls, including the abused with scars of emotional pain, visionless individuals, ambitious leaders, the poor, and the oppressed. We advocate a complete holistic transformational development using the United Nations’ 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development Goals and the Integration-Empowerment-Social Inclusive approach in working with the poor, vulnerable, and less privileged to promote human transformation, end to poverty, self-development/awareness, restored glory, peace, personal fulfillment, justice, and prosperity for all of humanity, especially for the girl child.

Our Vision is very simple: To foster a holistic approach to personal and sustainable developmental transformation in the lives of all people (especially girls and women) by renewing their mindsets (deliberately altering negative limiting beliefs and thought patterns via holistic mind re-orientation educational/development awareness programs) thereby empowering their very best versions and potentials.

We envisage being at the center of Excellence in the Self-Development/personal growth transformation sector, delivering top-notch holistically structured training, direct coaching, group masterclass webinars, and practical field empowerment to individuals and their host communities, providing them with the skills necessary to effectively guide and inspire others as well.

Compelled by our deep love for God, our faith, an unwavering passion for transformation at all levels, and humanity, we believe that every person is created uniquely in the image of God and deserves justice, equality, love, care, respect, and freedom of expression to reach their highest potential. Hence we have resolved to reflect God’s unconditional love to all humanity by responding in a manner that seeks to bring total mindset and physical transformation globally to people at key stages, provide educational scholarships for children, alleviate poverty, hunger, discrimination, and inequality against girls and women, foster child sponsorship both locally and globally using our creativity, expertise, technology, financial resources, partnerships from all of society, in all areas of existence thereby building a more peaceful, impactful and sustainably developed generation.

OUR MISSION PLAN (Isaiah 58:12)

Our Mission is very simple: To change the old narrative and status quo of the girl child, by fostering social inclusion and effective communication, thereby rebuilding a holistic personal growth and development foundation out of the rubble of their past, transforming them into their best versions, and making their communities livable again.

We believe profoundly that authentic and lasting transformational change at the community and societal levels must be orchestrated by the very individuals of both rural and urban communities who call these communities their home.

To further emphasize and facilitate this we recognize the need to mentor/coach people via well-structured awareness programs especially children and youths with the right methodical Arsenal through word-rooted conferences, leadership training centered on resilience, life quotients, practical psychology, and neuroscience. Our emphasis is on “Social Inclusion” and “Transformation-one-person-at-a-time” especially for the girl child and all women, especially in very remote areas.

We possess years of experience in the core area of transformational change at the individual, group, and organizational levels respectively, and subsequent thorough follow-up empowerment in relative areas of strength. Our ability to sustain this lies in our focus on breaking down our vision board into two key areas:

This attraction is possible by the images you are holding in your MIND. It is what you are thinking. Whatever is going on in your mind is what you are invariably attracting to you! Our subconscious minds are filled with thoughts either of the past, present, or future, Whatever one is, these thoughts are called FORCES, and these forces become the magnets that attract things into our lives, it is called THE LAW OF ATTRACTION!

This law determines the complete function of the universe, in every moment of our lives, every personal experience, and every success or failure, it doesn't matter what your status in society is or who you are, this law of attraction is formed in your mind and shapes your entire life. This experience is actively carried out through your thoughts. Shockingly and annoyingly you have been the one programming the outcome of your life through your thoughts.

IS YOUR APPROACH TO PERSONAL GROWTH, EMPOWERMENT, AND DEALING WITH STRESS WRONG?

I can bet you have been doing it the wrong way. A lot of people think that the way to achieve progress in personal development and evolution is by constantly pondering on the negative things in our lives that we want to change so badly. But this is the absolute wrong way to go about it. When we focus on things so passionately it makes them happen even faster. This is the sole reason why many people say things like: “I have been trying to do this and that but to no avail”, for example losing weight, and meeting targets or deadlines. The more you focus on what you do not want, the harder it is to accomplish.

MY STRATEGY TO REPROGRAM THE IMMENSE POWER OF THE SUBCONSCIOUS MIND:

In this Academy, I utilize a combination of tailor-suited renewal codes, communication models, techniques, therapy, tools, and skills to support individuals in achieving goals and overcoming life-long challenges, specifically but not limited to young girls/ladies, including women, men, groups, and organizations on how to change their thoughts and recalibrate their minds into having an abundant and growth mindset that focuses on what they want, aspire to achieve, and dream about rather than what they do not want, are afraid of, or lacking. Most people have tried it and have recorded remarkable transformation and steady growth within a short time. IT WORKS!

My students/mentees always remember and affirm this:

  • My thoughts are real energies.
  • These energies are transmitted into frequencies.
  • These frequencies move and carry pictures of the positive or negative limiting beliefs inside them.
  • The pictures are delivered directly to the universe as a command.
  • The Universe gives me back exactly what I put into it at a much greater frequency because of the passion in my thoughts.
  • I begin to look exactly like my thoughts.
  • My only choice is to focus only on the things I aspire to have or achieve, not on the things I don't want or have.
